Accepting State Preschool Enrollment Applications for the 2024-2025 School Year!

The free California State Preschool Program (CSPP) is designed to facilitate students aged three (3) and four (4) years of age, to transition to kindergarten. Throughout the program, students benefit in educational development, health services, social services, nutritional services, parent education and parent participation.

CSPP focuses its curriculum on literacy, number skills, social development, health and safety. 

Student enrollment must be submitted online via the Hubbe Parent Portal. To get started, create an account on the Hubbe Parent Portal. The web browser Google Chrome is recommended for the best experience.

Once you submit your child's application, you will be contacted by the school site you selected to review your information and begin the eligibility, verification and enrollment process.

Please note that submission of an application does not automatically enroll your child.
