San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools (SBCSS) welcomes constructive feedback of office policies and programs when it is motivated by a sincere desire to improve the quality of the educational process and to assist SBCSS in performing its tasks more effectively.

SBCSS encourages the resolution of complaints as early as effectively possible. All complaints submitted in accordance with the procedures adopted by SBCSS shall receive appropriate review and consideration.

Separate policies/procedures have been developed for: complaints against employees; uniform complaint procedures concerning state/federal regulations including all categorical programs and special education; claims and actions against SBCSS; complaints of discrimination in employment; and Williams uniform complaint procedures.
