The work of Innovation and Engagement focuses on building collaborative efforts with educators, agencies, government, community-based and faith-based organizations, law enforcement, health, business and labor, elected officials, and other organizations to provide personal and academic success opportunities for all students in San Bernardino County—from cradle to career.
Children Deserve Success
Helping local districts, schools and parents with planning, development and implementation of state/local mandated rules regarding issues of child welfare and attendance.

Championing a self-sustainable system that advances wellness, recovery and resilience by providing a full range of health-creating opportunities for individuals, families, and communities.
Learning Systems and Supports
Leveraging a collective impact approach to systemically develop a whole school, whole community, whole child model in support of academic, behavioral, and social emotional outcomes.
Mountain Desert Career Pathways
A consortium of nine school districts, MDCP collaboratively coordinates with industry, government, and higher education to build better opportunities for the future of the region's students.
Workforce SBCSS
Supporting the countywide network of committed regional partners working towards the common goal of producing an educated and skilled workforce for San Bernardino County.
