6141.1 - Core Curriculum

The Student Services Division of the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools recognizes the need for the opportunity for special education students to learn similar ideas and skills as their regular education counterparts. Toward that end, when appropriate, the County encourages the teaching of a broad based curriculum aligned with the state adopted curriculum frameworks and courses of study. The education program will provide a range of depth with adaptable instructional procedures and strategies to meet the varying capabilities of individuals with exceptional needs.
