5112.2 - Exclusions From Attendance

The County Superintendent of Schools recognizes that there may be cases where the exclusion of certain students is necessary because their presence in school presents a clear and present danger to the life, safety or health of students or school personnel.

The County Superintendent of Schools or designee shall, at least annually, review its decisions to exclude students. The administration shall report to the County Superintendent of Schools at least annually on the status of each excluded student.
