4353 - Tuition Reimbursement - Confidential Employees

Tuition Reimbursement is a program that reimburses confidential employees fees that have a direct relationship to the particular college course(s) leading to the acquirement of a degree, certificate, credential or a course(s) that enhances an employee’s job performance. Fees shall be defined as costs that have a direct relationship to the particular course(s) and include only the cost of books and non-expendable course materials. No other fees are reimbursable under this fund. Prior verification and approval of fees is required from Human Resources prior to reimbursement.
