4351 - Salary Stipends

The County Superintendent will extend the payment of a $1,500.00 annual stipend to all management personnel who possess an earned master's degree from an accredited college or university. The County Superintendent will extend payment of a $2,000.00 annual stipend to all management personnel who possess an earned doctoral degree from an accredited college or university. Eligible management personnel may receive one (1) stipend; these stipends shall not be combined. Payment of these yearly stipends will initially be prorated from the time they are recorded in the Human Resources Branch with the appropriate amount being equally distributed on employees' regular payroll warrants.

The County Superintendent may, at his/her discretion, assign additional monetary stipends as deemed necessary and proper.
