4161.82, 4261.82, 4361.82 - Parent/Teacher Conferences

Employees of the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools who are parents or guardians of school age children will be granted a reasonable time off with pay, not to exceed two (2) hours, to attend regularly scheduled parent/teacher conferences twice a year.

Teachers are not to schedule parent conferences during the normal student day. Employees are requested not to schedule conferences during peak work periods. All employees must have prior approval of the immediate supervisor to attend parent/teacher conferences.
