4112.9, 4212.9, 4312.9 - Child Abuse Reporting

All employees who are child care custodians or health practitioners, as defined by Penal Code 11166.5, are required to report known or suspected instances of child abuse and/or neglect.

Persons in the above positions shall sign a statement to the effect that the employee knows of the legal requirement to report known or suspected instances of child abuse and/or neglect and is prepared to comply with this law. (Penal Code 11166.5)
