4056.4 - Employee Suggestion Program

The County Superintendent of Schools believes his/her employees are his/her most valuable resource and encourages recognition of the services they provide. The Employee Suggestion Program encourages employee participation in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. It is intended to motivate employees toward problem identification and to stimulate creativity in problem resolution. The program demonstrates, through employee recognition and reward, the high value the County Superintendent of Schools places on constructive ideas.
