4013 - Consultant Services

Current employees of San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools shall not contract to provide individual professional services for remuneration ( consultant services) to any TK-12 school district, charter school, community college district, or county office of education in the State of California, unless such contract has been approved in advance by the County Superintendent. Employees are also prohibited from using the SBCSS name, logo, branding, or any official likeness in connection with outside professional services. Furthermore, employees shall not represent themselves as acting on behalf of SBCSS or imply that their external work is endorsed by or affiliated with the organization.
