4001 - Duties of All Personnel

All employees of the County Superintendent of Schools Office are subject to the policies of the County Superintendent of Schools, applicable laws, current employer-employee collective bargaining agreements and policies of the County Board of Education where applicable.

Class specifications shall be established for each type of work performed by employees of the County Superintendent of Schools.

Class specifications shall include the following:

• Job Title
• Position Description
• Essential Job Duties
• Job requirements, including experience, skill, knowledge, ability and physical abilities
• Minimum qualifications
• Desired qualifications
