3570 - Capital Outlay Budgeting

At the direction of the County Superintendent of Schools, a memo request from the program managers for special or costly equipment requirements for the next budget year will be forwarded to the division Assistant Superintendent and then to the Superintendent for approval. The approved equipment list from the Superintendent will be put into the County Schools Service Fund budget.
