3514.1 - Telephones

Telephones shall be used for official business purposes, however, there may be times when an employee finds it necessary to use the phone for personal purposes. The use of telephones for personal calls shall be infrequent and of limited duration so as not to interfere with the business of SBCSS.

Employees using telephone equipment in an inappropriate manner will be subject to discipline.
