1340 - Access to Records

The County Superintendent of Schools recognizes the rights of citizens to have access to public records of the office in accordance with all legal requirements. Upon a request that reasonably describes an identifiable record or records, any person may examine or receive a copy of any County Superintendent of Schools Office record open to the public and not exempt from disclosure by law. Office records will be examined in the presence of the record custodian regularly responsible for maintenance of files.
