1100.1 - Brand Identity

Ensuring that the role of the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools (SBCSS) office and the value of our services be embodied in our Brand of Excellence through effective communication is essential to achieving the organization’s mission and strategic intent. The SBCSS Brand Promise is its commitment to the students, families and districts the organization serves. The official Promise Statement, Tagline and Logo compose the SBCSS Brand Identity (adopted in November 2014).

The County Superintendent will support the institution of a Brand Ambassador program for SBCSS to engage employees in the SBCSS Brand by facilitating a culture of open communication, connecting employees with the SBCSS mission, building unity and pride over achievements, enhancing morale, and guiding positive and engaging interaction with the public. The Communications Department will provide training and resources to SBCSS Brand Ambassadors to support the implementation of the program.
