Classified School Employee of the Year

The California Department of Education, as a component of the California School Recognition Program, annually sponsors the Classified School Employees of the Year (CSEY) program which highlights contributions of classified school employees who support the education of California’s more than six million public school students in preschool through grade 12.

The CSEY Program pays tribute to the tireless efforts of our states outstanding classified school employees, the unsung heroes who play key roles in creating a school environment that contributes to the whole child by promoting student achievement, safety and health.
San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools (SBCSS) coordinates the CSEY program for all 33 districts within San Bernardino County for state level nominations.
