At San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, we work with our education partners to strengthen schools through effective leadership, advocacy, and networks.

• Preparing and supporting aspiring and current certificated and classified leaders across San Bernardino County.
• Creating a variety of leadership networks that bring leaders together to share ideas, build relationships, and learn from one another.
• Encouraging innovative leadership practices, including the thoughtful use of emerging technologies to keep students engaged.
• Connecting educators with high-quality resources, professional learning, coaching, and proven practices from across the county and beyond.
