Small School District Support

San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools (SBCSS) Small School District Support team offers individualized support for the six smallest school districts in San Bernardino County (Baker Valley, Helendale, Lucerne Valley, Mount Baldy, Needles, and Trona Joint).  

Services and Supports:

• Support and assistance with developing school district and school site plans including, but not limited to, the Local Control and Accountability Plan, School Plan for Student Achievement and Safety Plan

• Facilitation of monthly collaboration meetings with the superintendents to discuss current hot topics, new initiatives and upcoming deadlines

• Monthly on-site support visits customized to the school district's current needs

• Provides current and relevant information
