Accounting Services

Accounting Services performs a wide range of services for school districts, including maintenance and reconciliation of the auditor-controller, treasurer and San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools financial systems.

Accounting Services is also responsible for managing the posting of all financial transactions, electronically transmitting payroll and tax data to various financial institutions, printing and distributing commercial and payroll warrants, and retaining related records. Additionally, the team balances suspense accounts, maintains statistical data, and assists districts with various tasks, including establishing new funds, reconciling payroll clearing accounts, and conducting warrant searches.
