403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity - SchoolsFirst

SchoolsFirst is the Third-Party Administrator that will administer the 403b Tax Sheltered Annuity (TSA) and 457(b) Plans for school districts within San Bernardino County. SchoolsFirst is responsible for fulfilling Internal Revenue Service requirements such as universal notification to employees, monitoring and processing employee Salary Reduction Agreements and auditing Maximum Allowable Contribution calculations. SchoolsFirst will remit employee contributions to  providers, handle all compliance regarding the plans, and will field employee questions and communicate with vendors and their agents on behalf of the district and its employees. 

403(b) Approved List of Providers - providers listed are registered with 403(b) compare and have signed a Hold Harmless Agreement

Salary Reduction Agreements can be mailed directly to SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union at the address listed below or dropped off at your district Payroll office. They can also be faxed to 714-258-4262 or emailed to rpa@schoolsfirstfcu.org.
